Refund Policy

VERIDIC sells through Paystack.

Purchases through Paystack

Paystack purchases are a single payment for a fixed-length pass (7, 30 or 365 days). Because the pass is granted immediately and in full at the moment of payment:

• Before you've used the pass for any analysis, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it in full.
• Once you've used the pass (run at least one analysis or audit under it), it is non-refundable, except where required by law or where VERIDIC's service was materially unavailable for a meaningful part of the pass's active period — contact us and we'll look at it in good faith.
• A Paystack pass does not auto-renew, so there is never a surprise renewal charge to refund.

How to request a refund

Email uabdul88@gmail.com with the email address on your VERIDIC account and, if you have it, the payment reference from your receipt. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
